A versatile professional, Laetitia has gained expertise in finance, energy, and the environment sectors. Trained by Michel Dumont, the founder of the firm and a finance specialist, she specialized in Wealth Management, managing client portfolios consisting of private banks, family offices, and asset management companies.
Holding a Master’s in Civil Engineering and Environmental Engineering, she also developed key recruitment skills in energy, environment, HVAC engineering, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure (IRVE). She supports companies in finding talent for both technical and commercial roles at the middle and top management levels.
Passionate about the diversity of the sectors she covers, Laetitia combines deep industry knowledge with a human approach, helping to identify and highlight strategic profiles aligned with her clients' needs.

Graduated from the École Militaire de l'Air (specializing in electronics/telecommunications) and holding a Portuguese degree, Hélène is a former lieutenant colonel in the Air Force. During her 29-year career, she held positions in maintenance, military intelligence, international relations, arms exports, and officer training. She then worked for 6 years as the head of the defense sector, export sales manager, and large accounts manager in high-tech companies before undergoing entrepreneurial training and founding her own business development firm.
Passionate about innovation and networking, she now leverages her expertise to grow her network of decision-makers and support start-ups in their commercial development. Senior advisor and research officer at Leyders Associates, she particularly manages the firm’s “Women on Boards” database.

An engineering graduate from the École Supérieure des Techniques Aéronautiques et de Construction Automobile (ESTACA), with an MBA from IAE Paris and the Stanford Executive Program (SEP), Philippe has extensive expertise in large industrial groups with complex matrix organizations. With 15 years at Safran, he held commercial leadership and site management positions.
He also broadened his experience working with mid-sized organizations such as Arquus and family-owned companies like Lacroix Defense in France and L&L Products in the United States. These varied experiences allowed him to address the operational and organizational challenges of industrial companies. Over the course of his career, he has led and recruited large, multicultural sales teams across several continents, strengthening his ability to operate in complex and competitive environments.
Today, Philippe uses his in-depth knowledge of industrial dynamics and management experience to help companies search for and select strategic talent. His dual technical and human expertise enables him to understand his clients' specific challenges and target the most suitable candidates to meet their growth and innovation objectives.

A former lawyer with a Master’s degree in multinational law and European business law, Grégoire spent part of his childhood in the United States and then in France. He practiced law between Paris and London before transitioning into communication, where he spent 8 years developing a communications agency, offering influencer campaigns to prestigious brands across many industries, supported by a strong network of Key Opinion Leaders.
An entrepreneur at heart, passionate about networking and facilitating moments of connection, Grégoire ventured into the restaurant industry by launching a brand and later developing a chain for a family investment fund, before joining a consulting firm in Hospitality.

A graduate of ISCA Paris in international trade, Corinne is an expert in brand strategy, 360° corporate communication, engagement, and sustainability. With nearly 30 years of experience in brand and communication leadership roles across various organizations, from family-owned mid-sized enterprises (Hygiène Beauté – Groupe Deborah) to multinational corporations (ENGIE Renewables, Schneider Electric), she has developed deep expertise in transformation, mergers, restructuring, and sustainable growth.
Her approach is deeply human and inclusive, convinced that diversity in talents and gender is a key driver of innovation and sustainable performance for companies. She has implemented this vision as Program Director at the Engie Corporate Foundation (focusing on energy access, women's empowerment, etc.) and as Communication Director for the Social & Human Corporate Citizenship division at Schneider Electric, reinforcing her expertise in gender diversity, inclusion, and corporate social responsibility.
Enthusiastic and creative, Corinne now joins Leyders Associates as a consultant, supporting the firm’s development and communication strategy. Audiovisual Communication
A specialist in audiovisual and digital communication for large companies for over 10 years, Stephan has a background as a journalist and entrepreneur.
He began his career in journalism and reporting before transitioning into organization, team management, and cross-functional project leadership in major radio and television newsrooms.
As an equestrian, he became a producer of an internationally broadcasted equestrian sports program and founded an audiovisual production company. He now supports digital communication and the production of corporate films for major corporations.
At Leyders Associates, Stephan is responsible for audiovisual content production and distribution and serves as the firm’s equicoaching expert. He is also well-qualified for recruitment in the audiovisual and media industries.
Recruitment of executives and coach
After more than 25 years in corporate HR, serving as HR Manager and then HR Director (handling recruitment, talent development, and executive team support in international mid-sized enterprises across France, Northern Europe, China, and the United States), Anne has been an independent Executive Coach for the past 10 years.
She holds HEC certification, PCC (Professional Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation), and ICS (Career Transition Coaching).
Anne supports executives, managers, and teams in individual coaching, team coaching, co-development, recruitment, and onboarding, particularly in turnaround or strategic and cultural transformation contexts. Her guiding principle: "Sustaining individual and collective success by balancing well-being and performance!"

Luxe, start-up & environnement
Holding a BA in Business Administration from The American University of Paris, obtained in 1993, Umberto began his career at Merck & Co, where he spent over eight years working in both field sales and marketing. He then moved to New York, where he spent more than a year pursuing an artistic project.
Shortly after September 11, he returned to Paris and joined BJ Interactive (Havas), successfully launching the first e-learning platform, Skillsoft. He continued his role as a Business Developer for multiple startups, including NetBuzz, Matchpoint (FPE), and Signature Olfactive, where he recruited and managed Sales & Marketing teams.
In 2013, he joined Essentia Beauty, an Italian company specializing in full-service fragrance and cosmetics solutions, and drove its international expansion by establishing offices in Paris, Shanghai, and San Francisco.
In 2021, he co-founded Open Links with Lucille Desjonquères, a company dedicated to supporting startups in fundraising, go-to-market strategies, and recruitment. At the same time, he joined Leyders Associates as a consultant."
